Microchip Technology LAN9255 EtherCAT Controllers

Microchip Technology LAN9255 EtherCAT Controllers combine the Microchip LAN9253 controller with dual integrated Ethernet PHYs and the SAM E53J. The SAM E53J is an ARM® Cortex® M4F MCU. The LAN9255 is available in commercial (0°C to +70°C), industrial (-40°C to +85°C), and extended industrial (-40°C to +105°C) temperature ranges.
